Fit Camps are the foundation of Body Exchange and acts as the entry point for most clients. The fit camp is a four week progressive program combining strength training and cardio in an interval style workout to deliver the results you deserve. Body Exchange fit camps are cutting edge athletic training tailored to support the plus size demographic. The key to our client’s success is that everyone works at their own pace in a welcoming, supportive environment. Fit Camps run all year round at all of our locations.
Personal Training Services are also available to suit your individual needs, one on one services are the best way to reach your goals with 100% attention on you. This is a great option for those who have physical challenges, schedules or for those wanting to take it to the next level. These services can be delivered in your home, at your office or any place that is suitable and convenient for you.
Adventures
Each month Body Exchange hosts an adventure. This is an activity that gently pushes your boundaries and gets our clients trying new and exciting activities to their life. Snowshoeing, hiking and cycling are just some of favorite past times. The adventures are a great way to get to know your fellow participants and become a part of our thriving community.
Destinations
Body Exchange destinations are a big hit amongst our clients and offer the platform for clients to unplug from their daily living, get away and focus 100% on themselves while visitng some of the world’s most beautiful corners. Our destination retreats present our finest athletic training, healthy nutrition, lifestyle support, spa services, meditation and spiritual exploration, yoga and more! “The Journey is Just as Important as the Destination” Next retreat is in Tulum, Mexico – departing on April 18th, 2012
