Body Exchange runs programs 12 months of the year to help you live your best life.  Please note you can join us at anytime and your program will be pro-rated.

    Session # 1: January 3 – January 26

    Session #2: January 31 – February 23

    Session #3: February 28 – March 23

    Session #4: March 28 – April 20 (please note: one week break between session 4 and 5)

    Session #5: May 2 – May 25 (please note: one week break between session 5 and 6)

    Session #6: June 6 – June 29

    Session #7: July 4 – July 27 (please note: one week break between session 7 and 8)

    Session #8: August 8 – August 31

    Each program runs:  Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45pm

Louise Green is the founder of Body Exchange and has been training plus size clients for more than 7 years, it is her calling and she strongly believes in the saying,

Andrea Guzzo is the Burnaby, Body Exchange Owner and also a Managing Director of Body Exchange, Vancouver. Andrea has extensive experience working with the plus-size community through Body Exchange and St. Paul’s Healthy Heart Cardiac rehab program.

Through the Body Exchange history Green and Guzzo have worked synergistically together and have partnered and collaborated on many successful projects, programs and retreats over the years. Together they have thousands of hours of training instruction which they passionately bring to each class they deliver.
