    Aug 2, No class Aug. 4 & 7 (BC Day Long Weekend),  Resume Aug. 9 – 30, 2017. (No Class September 1 & 4 – Labour Day Long Weekend) Resume for 12th class Sept. 6, 2017

    September 8 – October 4, 2017

    October 6 (No Class Oct.9 – Thanksgiving) October 11 – Nov. 3, 2017

    November 6 – December 1, 2017

    December 4, 6, 8, (10th – Sunday 9 – 10 AM), 11, 13, 14, 18 (short session – pro rated – 8 Classes)

    Christmas Brunch Sunday December 10th after class. Venue TBD

    Each program runs:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  6:00pm – 7:00pm

Rhonda is passionate about passing on her love of fitness to those new to fitness, as well as those who may already lead an active life style.  Growing up Rhonda was encouraged to lead an active life style; she was in skates by the age of 3, practiced martial arts and played a variety of team sports as a kid. These days you’ll catch her on the water paddling a dragon boat, out in a park boot camping or at a mountain running an obstacle course race.  Rhonda joined the Body Exchange Team 3 years ago as a new trainer where she fit right in and innately understood our culture and community.  We are thrilled she has decided to come on as our latest owner in Richmond where she can lead fearless fitness at a location of her own.

She is all about encouraging you and making fitness fun!  Rhonda is a Registered Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, BCRPA/CFES.

I love being able to positively affect even one persons life, through fitness. I love to encourage participants to push their limits and reach new heights along their fitness journey's.

This may be called Bootcamp, but it is not like being in the army. It might be hard to get yourself there but you will be glad you did. An hour is going to go by whether you are on the couch or doing some exercise. Trust me...you will feel so much better!
