The Calgary location is both indoor and co-ed offering plus-size men and women cutting edge training.

Stacey Houghton is relatively new to the fitness industry but the way she got here provides her with a passion for helping people. Stacey has always been a volunteer in various sports such as karate, lacrosse and curling.

In 2014 she climbed Kilimanjaro and continues to push limits in everyday life.  Stacey has been instructing curling for 15 years and has gained a great perspective on helping people.  She wants to bring that perspective to new clients and to help everyone reach their greatest potential. Her mom is a huge inspiration for her opening in Calgary. Stacey wanted to give her mom a place where she could workout with like minded individuals and get the best workout she could get. She hopes to give everyone that same opportunity.
